You must rent a local Leh-registered motorcycle with LA-02 yellow commercial plates to clear checkpoints.

You require valid Inner Line Permits (ILP), a valid domestic or international driving license authorizing motorcycle transits, and a union-compliant locally-registered vehicle with official registration papers, all of which are coordinated directly through our Changspa Counter.
